Welcome to AI PubQuiz! These are the ground rules for using the service. By making an account or using the app, you're agreeing to them. We've kept it plain and friendly.

Using AI PubQuiz

You can use AI PubQuiz to build quizzes and host quiz nights. Please keep your account details to yourself, and make sure any information you give us is accurate. You need to be at least 16 to use the service.

Your content

The quizzes you create are yours. We don't claim ownership of them — we just store and display them so you can use them. In return, you give us permission to host and show your content back to you and the people you run your quiz for.

You're responsible for what you put in. That means only adding content you have the right to use, keeping it lawful, and — as noted in our Privacy Policy — taking responsibility for any personal information about other people that you choose to include.

Please don't

A few things that aren't allowed:

• Using the service to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
• Uploading or generating content that's hateful, harassing, or otherwise seriously harmful.
• Trying to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the app.
• Reselling or misusing the AI features to mass-produce content unrelated to quizzes.

If someone abuses these rules, we may suspend or remove their account to keep things fair for everyone.

AI-generated content

A lot of the quiz content is generated with AI. It's great, but it isn't perfect — it can occasionally be wrong or out of date. Please give your questions and answers a quick review before you rely on them for your quiz night.

Passes, memberships & billing

Trying the quiz generator is free. Saving your quizzes, editing them later, and hosting live quiz nights need a paid plan: a one-time 30-day pass, or a monthly subscription (Membership or Unlimited). The price is always shown before you pay, and payments are handled securely by Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal on your profile — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again after that. When a plan lapses, your saved quizzes stay visible and playable in rehearsal; editing and live hosting resume when you start a new plan. If something goes wrong with a purchase, get in touch and we'll help make it right.

Things we can't promise

We work hard to keep AI PubQuiz running well, but we provide it "as is." We can't promise it will always be available or completely error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be waived.

Ending things

You can stop using AI PubQuiz and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we'll try to give you fair notice so you can save your quizzes.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and for meaningful changes we'll try to let you know.
