Billing & your plan

• Manage or cancel a subscription: open your profile and use “Manage billing” — it takes you to the secure Stripe portal for invoices, payment methods, and cancellation.
• Paid but nothing unlocked? Payments usually land within seconds. Reload the page you bought from; if it still hasn’t landed after a few minutes, email us with the receipt and we’ll fix it.
• What a plan includes: see pricing. Every paid plan opens an access window: saving and editing quizzes, AI media, and live hosting.
• Plan lapsed? Your quizzes are never deleted — the library goes read-only until you renew.

Something broke

• Email support@aipubquiz.com with what you were doing, what happened instead, and — if it’s about a payment — the email address on the receipt.
• Mid–quiz night and a team can’t join? Ask them to re-scan the QR code; a running session is never interrupted by plan changes.
